REFUND POLICY


If we fail to enforce a lien, Titleking Express and Lien Corp. (the company which operates this website) will gladly issue you a refund. Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis. The amount of refund may be less than original amount paid in order to cover incurred expenses. Incurred expenses may include, but are not limited to: NCIC check, lien check, VIN check, consultant/administrative fees, and other third party fees associated with enforcing your lien.

If you cancel your request with Titleking Express and Lien Corp. to enforce a lien, we will issue a refund less a $175.00 cancellation fee per item plus any additional incurred expenses.

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED for any vehicle(s) determined to have been acquired unlawfully (stolen).

We reserve the right to retain a service fee for applications processed and rejected by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and/or for any vehicle determined to have a lien which was not disclosed at the time of application. Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Orders for lien enforcement(s) with incomplete or inaccurate information may incur additional fees.

Once agreed upon, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund and the time it takes the bank or credit card processor to process the refund payment.
